Bankers Fidelity Capital Advisors is a boutique firm that specializes in working with Banks, CPA's, Attorneys, and other Financial Professional to provide their clients with alternative financing options.

James Walter has been involved in real estate and lending-related industries for more than 30 years.  After graduating from the University of Southern California he started his career building spec homes in beach communities around Southern California.  

Following that, he founded a commercial and industrial real estate brokerage.  Recognizing the need to provide a vehicle to finance investment real estate, he started Security Capital Corporation that became the largest lending outsource to Independent Banks on the West Coast. 

In 1986, he sold the company to a large regional bank and then formed the Bankers Fidelity family of companies to act as a consultant and conduit to the Independent Banking community, CPA's, Attorneys, and Real Estate Professionals.

A graduate of Notre Dame, and with more than 50 years in the banking industry,  Don is well-positioned to help fellow bankers solve complex financing requests for their customers.   

In addition to working as a commmercial loan officer, relationship manager and loan administrator Don has held a variety of senior-level positions at a number of Northern California banks.  In addition, he has held roles as Chairman of the Senior Loan Committee and has acted as correspondent bank liason regarding the buying and selling of loan participations. 

Bankers count on Don to help them attract new customers by using the outsource lending solutions available through BFCA.

A graduate of UCLA, Tom has more than 40 years experience in all areas of banking including business development, lending, operations, and personnel management. 

With stints as President and CEO of several Southern California-based banks as well as roles including Loan Administrator, Director of Sales, and Director of Community Banking,

Tom is well equipped to help community bankers retain valuable client relationships and establish new customers by providing attractive financing options to supplement the banker's own programs.

Allan has spent more than 35 years providing lending solutions designed to meet the needs of busnessowners, professionals, and individuals in the areas o business and real estate finance. 

Allan began his banking career with Union Bank in 1976 and over the years gained experience serving in various roles including his being a co-founder of two independent banks where he served in a variety of roles as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer,  President and CEO. 

As an alumnus of Cal State Fullerton, Allan is a long-time Southern California resident and serves on the Board of Directors for the Foundation of The Great Park as well as supporting the John Tracy Clinic.
